1. Eligibility

Use of Wholesale Peptide Suppliers is restricted to licensed U.S. medical clinics and registered compounding pharmacies. By submitting any wholesale application or order, you represent that you hold an active facility license and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. No retail sale

Wholesale Peptide Suppliers does not sell direct-to-consumer. All product is supplied for institutional, professional use under applicable state and federal rules.

3. Documentation

Every shipment includes documentation appropriate to the channel (per-lot COA for clinics; per-lot COA plus chain of custody for pharmacies). Documentation is delivered electronically and may be retained for record-keeping.

4. Returns and complaints

Quality complaints must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. We document, investigate, and respond in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the value of the affected lot. Wholesale Peptide Suppliers is not liable for clinical outcomes or for compounding decisions made by account holders.

6. Compliance responsibility

Account holders are solely responsible for compliance with the rules applicable to their license, including state board of medicine, state board of pharmacy, FDA, and DEA expectations.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
