For ecommerce brands

Wholesale peptide supply for ecommerce and DTC brands.

White-label finished goods for fast launch. Private-label runs with custom packaging when you are ready to scale. Built for the founder running a Shopify storefront, a paid-media engine, and a re-order curve that decides whether the brand survives Q3.

The ecommerce-brand sourcing problem.

Most ecommerce founders pick a peptide manufacturer the same way they pick a software stack: shortest demo cycle, lowest entry price, best landing page. That works for a lot of categories. It does not work for peptides, because the second order is the one that breaks the relationship — and the brand only finds out after they have already promised customers a re-order date.

The honest version: ecommerce peptide brands fail more often on supply than on marketing. The supplier hits the first run, misses the second, and the brand quietly pauses paid media for two weeks while waiting for a lot release. By the time the inventory clears, the cohort is cold and the LTV math no longer pencils.

That is the problem we are built to solve. Cataloged SKUs you can re-order on a 7–14 day cadence, custom packaging that fits a real unboxing experience, and an account contact who picks up the phone when you have a question about lead time on a Friday afternoon.

How the channel works.

An ecommerce brand on-boarding looks like this:

  1. Channel call. 30 minutes to confirm what you are building. We sort your SKU into the right lane — supplement-grade, prescription, or partner-pharmacy — before quoting anything.
  2. White-label or private-label decision. White-label is a stocked finished good in our packaging that you re-label. Private-label is a longer-cycle run in your packaging. We help you pick based on your launch timeline and your packaging budget.
  3. First-run quote. Written quote with MOQ, per-unit pricing, lead time, and lot-release schedule. Two rounds of artwork review on private-label runs.
  4. Sample units. Optional. Most ecommerce brands skip; some QA-heavy founders want sample units before committing.
  5. Production and ship-to-3PL. We ship direct to your 3PL or fulfillment partner. Per-lot Certificate of Analysis lands on the receiving manifest.
  6. Re-order cadence. Cataloged SKUs re-order in 7–14 days. You get a named account contact, not a ticket queue.

What we ship to ecommerce brands.

White-label finished goods

Stocked finished units in our standard packaging that you re-label and resell. Fastest entry path; lowest packaging cost; least IP differentiation. Good for testing demand on a SKU before committing to a custom packaging build.

Private-label finished goods, standard packaging

Manufactured under your brand and your label, in our standard packaging configuration. The packaging is functional and retail-ready, but not custom-designed. Mid-cycle option: brand differentiation on the label without the lead time of a custom packaging build.

Private-label finished goods, custom packaging

Full custom: your packaging design, your label, your formulation if you want one. Longest lead time on the first run, biggest unit-economics improvement at scale, best fit for a brand that has already validated demand and is moving into a real retail-style operation.

Compliance lane — the question we ask first.

Every ecommerce brand call starts with the same question: what is the regulatory lane your product sits in?

  • Supplement (DSHEA) lane. Some peptide and peptide-adjacent products fit a structure-function supplement claim and ship DTC under DSHEA rules. Documentation, labeling, and claim language all have to match the lane.
  • Prescription lane. Prescription peptides require a prescribing relationship and a licensed pharmacy in the chain. If your model needs a prescription product, it is a telehealth play with a partner pharmacy — and we support that channel directly.
  • Research-use lane. A common segment of the consumer peptide market with its own labeling, marketing, and documentation conventions. We supply this channel as well; account approval is reviewed case-by-case based on the same facility documentation and intended-use review we apply to every wholesale account.

If you are not sure which lane your product is in, that is the first thing we figure out together.

Re-order cadence and lead-time discipline.

The metric we hold ourselves to on the ecommerce channel is on-time-in-full re-order rate. A brand that depends on a 14-day re-order cycle cannot operate against a supplier whose lead time floats by two weeks every month. We hold safety stock on the most-ordered private-label SKUs precisely so the re-order cycle is predictable, and we are honest about lead-time changes the moment we see them — not the day before the order is supposed to ship.

Packaging that fits a real unboxing.

Custom packaging on private-label runs covers cartons, labels, inserts, and tamper-evident seals. We do not run a packaging design studio — you bring artwork, we hand it to a print partner with the right specs — but we coordinate the entire workflow so you are not stitching together three vendors to get one finished SKU out the door.

Frequently asked questions

The fastest path is white-label: pick a SKU from our standard private-label catalog, apply your label artwork, and you can ship a first PO in 4–6 weeks from artwork approval. Custom formulations or custom packaging push you out to 8–12 weeks for the first run; re-orders of the same SKU drop to 7–14 days.

Standard private-label SKUs start at around 500 units per SKU per run. We deliberately keep the entry MOQ low because most ecommerce brands need to test repeat-rate on a real customer base before they commit to a 5,000-unit run.

It depends entirely on the SKU. Some peptide-adjacent products fit a supplement (DSHEA) channel and ship directly to consumers under a structure-function model. Prescription peptides cannot be sold DTC — they require a prescribing relationship and a licensed pharmacy in the chain. We will tell you on the first call which lane your product is in.

Yes. We routinely ship private-label finished goods directly to a brand's 3PL or fulfillment partner. We require receiving instructions, lot-level acknowledgment, and a designated QA contact at the receiving facility for any cold-chain SKU.

Every shipment leaves with a lot number and a per-lot COA. If a recall event becomes necessary on our end, we coordinate with your fulfillment partner directly and provide written lot-level identification within 24 hours. Customer-facing returns are your retail process; we support the supply-side investigation if a quality concern triggers it.
